It's now possible for the user to use preconfigured templates for the notification of Emails. The templates can be found on the Email templates page:
ConfirmAccount: Asks user to confirm their email address, after creating a new account.
ForgotPassword: Allows user to set a new password for their account.
OrderCompleted: Notifies user that their download order was generated successfully.
OrderFailed: Notifies user that their download order failed to be generated.
OrderPartiallyFailed: Notifies user that their download order was generated, but with errors.
ReportingLogOrderCompleted: Notifies user that their reporting log order was generated successfully.
ReportingLogOrderFailed: Notifies user that their reporting log order failed to be generated.
SearchChanged: Notifies user of new content in one or more of their saved searches.
TaskCreated: Notifies user of a new task assigned to them.
TaskDone: Notifies user that a task created by them has been completed.
TaskReminder: Reminds user of an uncompleted task assigned to them.
The administrator user can trigger a dummy email preview to its e-mail account through the mail icon. It shows how the layout and content looks like on an actual e-mail notification.

By clicking on the edit button, the user is able to personalize a template to his choice.

Fields that can be personalized:
- Description: short explanation for the functionality of your template
- Subject: description of the content of your template
Email body Tab:
- Body; content and style of the email
Variables: used as parameters from the back-end to produce the generic Email template. Note that these variables are default variables and thus can't be configured via the web application. A variable can be added to the email subject or to the email body by clicking on the variable while editing the field.
