Notifications

Use notifications to notify the user through email or real-time notification messages about predefined actions. You can access notifications from two locations: the Profile page and the Notifications page.

To configure notifications, on the menu bar, click Manage and select Notifications. Click the switch next to the notification to turn it On.
To see your personal notifications, on the menu bar, click Profile and settings (profile icon) and then click Profile.

Note

You must be a superuser to access the Notifications page from the Manage menu.

There are two notification types:

Email - you receive an email in your registered email account.
Real time - a notification appears on your screen.

Download failed	Notifies you when a download has completely failed.	Email and Real time
Download partially created	Notifies you when a download is only partially created.	Email and Real time
Download ready	Notifies you when a download order you requested is ready to download.	Email and Real time
External action execution completed	Notifies you that an external action has finished.	Real time
External action execution failed	Notifies you that an external action has failed.	Real time
Import completed	Notifies you that an import job has finished.	Real time
Mass edit job completed	Notifies you when a mass edit job finishes.	Real time
Mass edit job failed	Notifies you when a mass edit job has failed.	Real time
Mentioned in a modified comment	Notifies you when you are mentioned in a modified comment.	Email
Mentioned in a new comment	Notifies you when you are mentioned in a new comment.	Email
Print entity generation completed	Notifies you that a print entity generation has finished.	Real time
Public link conversion configuration reset	Notifies you that the public link conversion configuration has reset.	Real time
Reporting log failed	Notifies you when a reporting log has failed.	Email and Real time
Reporting log ready	Notifies you when a reporting log is ready.	Email and Real time
Saved search result changed	Notifies you when changes that influence an existing saved search occur within the system. For example, when the metadata of an asset changes, which affects the saved search criteria.	Email
Sharing email failed to send	Notifies you when the share via email feature failed to send an email.	Real time
Sharing email sent	Notifies you when an email using the share via email feature is sent.	Real time
Subtitles completed	Notifies you when a subtitles upload has finished.	Real time
Subtitles failed	Notifies you when a subtitles upload has failed.	Real time
Subtitles queued	Notifies you when a subtitles upload is queued.	Real time
Task assigned to me	Notifies you that a task has been assigned to you in a single-stage project or a stage of a multi-stage project.	Email
Task declined that I created	Notifies you when a task you created is declined by another user in a single-stage project or a stage of a multi-stage project.	Email
Task done that I created	Notifies you when a task you created is completed by another user in a single-stage project or a stage of a multi-stage project.	Email
Task reminder	Reminds you that there is a outstanding task assigned to you.	Email
User audit log completed	Notifies you that an audit log has completed.	Email and Real time
User audit log failed	Notifies you that an audit log has failed.	Email and Real time
Video indexer completed	Notifies you that the video indexer finished processing a video you uploaded.	Real time
Video indexer failed	Notifies you that the video indexer failed to process a video you uploaded.	Real time
Video indexer queued	Notifies you that the video you uploaded is queued to be processed by the video indexer.	Real time
Work assigned to me	Notifies you that there has been a transition in a state flow from one state to another, which you are part of. That is, you have pending work.	Email and Real time
