From Sitecore Content Hub™ version 3.3.2, you can use asset templates to mass-edit asset details. From the Templates page, you can create, edit, and delete your asset templates.

To open the Templates page, on the right side of the menu bar, click your profile icon, and then click Templates .

As shown on the following image, the Templates page displays a table list of all your templates. Each row represents a template and each column a property detail of the template or an action button:

The table has the following columns:

  • Title: - name of the template.
  • Created by: - creator of the template.
  • Actions: - actions to apply to the template:
    • To edit the template, click Edit .
    • To delete the template, click Delete .

You can do the following:

  • To find the template you want in the table, perform a full-text search using the search tile above the table or apply a filter using the left panel of the page.

  • To choose the columns you want to display in the table, click Columns .

  • To refresh the job state field, click Refresh .

Create a template

You can create new templates for assets.

To create a new template:

  1. On the top-right corner of the Templates page, click + Template.
  2. In the Template dialog box, enter the template title.
  3. Click Create.
  4. In the template Overview panel, to edit the template, click Edit .
  5. Set the asset properties of the template.
  6. Click Save.
